Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Nakhre- The nail Company, every single press-on nail set is 100% handcrafted and painted to order in our studio. We deliver Pan-India using trusted courier partners (including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, and DTDC, etc).

Please review our production timelines, shipping rates, and delivery terms below.

1. Order Processing & Production Time

Because our nails are not mass-manufactured, we require time to prep, paint, design, and quality-check your order before dispatch:

  • Basic & Solid Sets: Dispatched within 2 to 3 business days.

  • Trendy, Designer & Bridal Sets: Dispatched within 3 to 5 business days due to the intricate hand-painted artwork and 3D detailing.

  • Note: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day. During major sale events or festive seasons, production timelines may extend by 1–2 working days.

2. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping Threshold

  • Orders Below ₹1200: A flat standard shipping fee of ₹89 applies at checkout.

  • Orders ₹1200 & Above: You unlock FREE Standard Shipping across India!

  • All applicable shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

3. Estimated Courier Transit Timelines (After Dispatch)

Once your order leaves our studio, estimated delivery times depend on your location:

  • Metro / Tier-1 Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 2 to 4 business days

  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 3 to 6 business days

  • Remote / Northeast / J&K Regions: 5 to 8 business days

  • We promise to dispatch your order on schedule; however, courier transit delays caused by extreme weather, regional festivals, or logistics disruptions are beyond our direct control.

4. Payment Options (Why We Are 100% Prepaid)

  • We operate exclusively on a 100% Prepaid model via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.

  • Why No Cash on Delivery (COD)? Because every press-on nail set is custom-crafted specifically for your order, we do not offer COD. This ensures our artists' labor is protected and allows us to deliver high-quality handmade art without wastage.

5. Order Tracking

  • As soon as your parcel is handed over to our courier partner, you will automatically receive a Tracking Link via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email.

  • Please allow 24 hours for the courier tracking link to activate after you receive the dispatch notification.

6. Incorrect Address, Unreachable Phone & RTO Policy

  • Please ensure your complete delivery address (including House/Flat Number, Landmark, correct Pincode, and an active 10-digit phone number) is entered accurately at checkout.

  • Courier agents typically attempt delivery 2 to 3 times. If a parcel is returned to us (Return to Origin / RTO) due to:

    1. An incorrect or incomplete address,

    2. The customer being unreachable on phone/premises, or

    3. Delivery refusal at the doorstep,

  • The order remains non-refundable. To arrange re-shipment of the parcel, the customer must pay a flat ₹89 re-shipping fee.

7. Damaged or Tampered Parcels

  • If your outer parcel appears severely crushed, open, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please take clear photos/videos immediately and refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Remember: A mandatory uncut 360° unboxing video is required within 48 hours of delivery for any transit damage or replacement claims.
